Interval Cardio



This workout will shred body fat and strengthen your body all in one workout. You will alternate high intensity cardio interrvals with high repetitions of strength training alternating cardio/strength, cardio/strength etc. Swith up your workout routine and challenge your body to push to new levels.
**5 minute warm-up
**3o minutes Cardio & Strength Training Intervals
**5 minute cool-down
This workout is meant to challenge your cardio and push your strength to a new level. A set of medium weights needed.
