Fat Burning Cardio Workout :
 Step Aerobics and Fitness Ball Toning:  

3 Basic STEP Combos  20 minutes :
An intense aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks.

STEP PUSH  5 min:
There will be 5 minutes of Power Step which will push you to a higher intensity.

Fitness Ball  10 minutes:
Challenge your balance, work on your core and tone your lower body in this 10 minute challenge using the resist-a-ball also known as a fitness ball.
