10/10/10 Low Impact Beginner Series: Kickboxing/STEP/PILATES:

              (Aerobics for weight loss exercise workout routine)



**10 min kickboxing**: This is an energizing workout that implements moves from boxing and kickboxing. Punch and kick your way to the latest fitness trend. Combos are safely and effectively taught for all fitness levels.



**10 min STEP**:  Each STEP move is 1 minute s on an adjustable step while I provide  basic components of step movements and terminology. Have fun listening to music and bringing your cardiovascular workout to new heights!



**10 min Pilates**: Pilates is a system of movement and exercise created and developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. Using specially designed moves, Pilates educates, realigns, re-patterns and balances your body. It increases muscle strength while promoting coordination, stamina and flexibility.
